The pizza is one of the gastronomic symbols of Italy.
Yet, to do "the pizza" (not "a pizza") it is not easy because so much experience and so much passion it is needed.

Already to the first bite, it is understood that the pizza of the Pizzeria "Lo Zodiaco" is made of another pasta: the mozzarella that spins is a pleasure for the eyes, the perfume of oregano it also gives lightness to the most binding ingredients.
