At "Lo Zodiaco" the menu tells a story of Piedmontese tradition, charcoal grilling, wood-fired oven,
and flavors that come from far away.
It starts with appetizers, from Piedmontese platters to bresaola and tomini cheese, and moves on to first courses:
homemade fresh pasta — tagliatelle, agnolotti, panzerotti and gnocchi — paired with sauces that speak of the mountains,
from ragù to truffle to venison stew.
The heart of the house is the grill: sausage, ribs, grilled chicken, lamb chops, and the great Mixed Grill to share.
There's also fish cooked in the wood-fired oven, and the ever-present polenta, "concia" or with sausage.
For those who love to travel through taste, the international dishes section opens the doors to Morocco and Mexico:
Moroccan couscous and tagine (by reservation, minimum 4 people) and meat fajitas full of spices and color.
And then, of course, the pizzas: over thirty choices baked in the wood-fired oven, from the classic Margherita to house creations like "Lo Zodiaco" and the pizzas dedicated to the zodiac signs — Fire Sign, Air Sign, and Water Sign.
To finish, homemade desserts — tiramisù, bunet, panna cotta — and a wine and draft beer list to accompany every dish.
A menu that connects the Susa Valley to the world, always with the same spirit: hospitality, generosity, and passion.
